Order processing time
Your order will be shipped from our facility within 1 to 2 business days (not including weekends and holidays).
Shipping to the United States (USA)
- Duties & import fees included — no surprise charges at delivery.
- Free expedited shipping on all orders (4–8 business days).
- Express options available at checkout (fees apply).
Shipping to Canada
- Duties & import fees included — no surprise charges at delivery.
- Free expedited shipping on all orders (2–8 business days).

International - Shipping to the Rest of the world
- Duties & tariffs are calculated and added to your total at checkout — you are responsible for paying them.
- Additional charges imposed by your government or carrier upon delivery may also apply — you are responsible for paying them.

- Free standard shipping on orders over $250 USD (estimated 6–10 business days).

Carrier's responsibility
Please note that once your order is shipped from our facility, the carrier will be responsible for the package and delivery times may vary.
Signature & Address
All delivery requires a signature to avoid stolen packages. Therefore, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Delivery address cannot be changed once the order have been placed.
Tracking number
All orders will include a tracking number.
Absent
If you are absent at the time of delivery, a notice card will be left indicating when and where to pick up your package.
Delays, Lost, Stolen, or Wrong address
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or other unforeseen circumstances, which can impact delivery times. Once your order is shipped from our facility, the carrier will be responsible for the package and delivery times may vary.
We are not responsible for delays or lost due to customer incorrect or incomplete address.
If your package was delivered to another address because you gave an incorrect or incomplete address, you need to reorder and pay for your order and pay for shipping if your order doesn't qualify for free shipping.
In the event of lost or stolen packages, please report to the carrier delivery service or contact your local authorities as we are unable to provide refunds or reshipments.
Carefully review your shipping address to provide accurate and complete shipping information before completing your order.
Undelivered packages - Return To Sender (RTS)
If your package has been returned to us due to incorrect address, incomplete address, or delays passed for buyer to pick up the package at the carrier center, there will be a Return To Sender charge of $19.99 USA & Canada; or $39.99 rest of the world (in USD currencies).
Your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued upon return to our shop. The Return To Sender (RTS) charge will be deducted from your refund.
Customs Duties and Taxes - Tariffs
For international customers living in the rest of the world: If applicable, your government's duty rate or tariffs will be calculated and added to your total at checkout, and you are responsible for paying them. Additionally, you are also responsible for paying any other charges imposed by your government or carrier upon delivery.
No refund or credit will be made if you refuse to pay customs duties and/or taxes, and any other import charges related to customs clearance of your order.
We are not responsible for any actions taken by customs, delivery services, and carriers.
